Payment Terms:

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific offer agreement. Payment is required in full unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method accordingly.

Refund Policy:

- Digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.
- The Calibrated Leader Activation (Power Hour) sessions are non-refundable and must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- No refunds are provided for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

Offer-Specific Terms:

Section A – The Calibrated Leader Activation
- One-time, 60-minute private session.
- A pre-call intake form is required before the session.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed sessions or late cancellations result in forfeiture.

Section B – Future Programs & Masterminds
- Future high-touch group programs or masterminds will be governed by their own agreements at time of enrollment.
- Refunds, terms, and conditions will be provided for review prior to commitment.

Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy. Anything shared during private sessions or inside future programs will be treated as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or explicitly permitted by you.

Disclaimers:

We do not guarantee specific results. Your outcomes depend on your individual efforts, consistency, and mindset. Coaching is not therapy. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any condition, nor do we provide financial, legal, or medical advice.

Testimonial & Media Release:

By voluntarily submitting testimonials, feedback, or success stories, you grant permission for their use in marketing or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

Limitation of Liability:
